Carol Shaw – Managing Director
	I began my career in travel as a “Girl Friday” in the mid 80’s working in a friend’s agency. It didn't take long before I was learning the travel ropes and I can still remember the incredible buzz of my first sale. I knew then that this was the career for me. In 2000 I joined forces with a great friend and mentor to establish Tour de Force Travel in Marmion. This was a very proud moment in my life. With a lot of hard work and a great team the agency has gone from strength to strength to where we are today. I consider myself a people person and I really enjoy meeting new ones and finding out how they live in their different worlds. I am very passionate about my clients and enjoy discussing and planning their next dream holiday. I love sharing this excitement with them - what a buzz! It was a lucky day when my friend asked me to ‘help out’. Little did I know what an amazing career in travel was before me, every day has been exciting, I have met and made friends with many wonderful people and wouldn't want to do anything else! I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively in my role, visiting 57 countries but there is still another 139 on my bucket list! Bon Voyage! Walter Andrews – Office Manager
	I have 25 years travel industry experience which started in the early 80’s after a 2 year back packing trip around Europe with three of my closest friend. A few months after my return I started a career in the fashion industry however I found that I still yearned to travel so I sought out a new career direction and started my first travel job in Fremantle as an Office Clerk. I completed three years of studies for my travel qualifications and continued in the industry for 15 years. I took a break for three years to open a café but the yearning to travel was too intense so I reignited my travel career which supports my love of travel. I have been fortunate to be able to combine my love of travelling with my second passion, golf, and have taken many groups to Asia, Mauritius and Hawaii. I look forward to planning your next travel experience! Travelled destinations: Europe/USA & Canada/South Africa/Asia Top three favourite destinations: Mauritius-Maldives and San Juan Islands Most recent trip: New York-Las Vegas, Seattle and golf group Thailand. Claire Steel – Senior Travel Consultant
	I have worked in the travel industry for 11 years and joined Tour de Force Travel in 2013. I am a Travel Specialist who is passionate about all things travel and I really enjoy planning dream holidays. I especially enjoy selling river and ocean cruises and get great satisfaction when my clients come back from their first cruise totally addicted to the experience. I have been fortunate to experience several cruises and I know how addictive it can be. Favourite Destination: Very hard to just name one as I have so many favourites! Italy is definitely up there; the scenery, the food and wine particularly along the coast in Sorrento. Countries Travelled: Italy, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, United States (including Hawaii), Caribbean, New Zealand and travel throughout Australia.
